Available in 2-hour, 3-hour, 4-hour, 5-hour and 6.5-hour cleaning sessions.
Gift cards reflect hours of cleaning per person (“man hours”). This means a two-hour gift card equals two hours of work by one cleaner, or one hour each if two cleaners are assigned.
Service is subject to availability – early booking is recommended.
Only valid for standard residential cleaning; exclusions apply (see below).
3. Service Coverage
Gift cards can be used within Simply Clean's service area (Seattle and surrounding cities).
If the service location is outside our coverage, an additional travel fee may apply, or service may be declined.
4. Scope of Work
Covers general home cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning.
Customers may provide cleaning priorities at the time of booking to help focus on key areas.
Not included: Post-construction cleaning, exterior/window washing, or specialty services such as outdoor space cleaning, garage cleaning, patios, storage areas, unfinished basements, commercial spaces, and garbage hauling, furniture polishing, organizing and decluttering.
If additional time is required beyond the gift card's hours, extra time may be booked at our standard hourly rate.
5. Gift Card Terms
No Expiration: In accordance with RCW 19.240, gift cards do not expire and remain valid indefinitely. The face value of the card will never decrease due to fees or expiration; however, service prices are subject to change, and the card may be applied toward the current rates at the time of redemption.
Usage: Gift cards are designed for one complete cleaning service and need to be redeemed in a single visit. If the service you choose costs more than the card value, you can simply pay the difference at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
Cash Redemption: If the remaining balance on a gift card is less than $5 after a purchase, the cardholder may request to redeem the remaining value in cash.
6. Platform Disclaimer
Simply Clean is a referral platform that connects users with independent cleaning professionals. Gift cards cover the value of cleaning sessions arranged through the platform. All cleaning services are performed by independent providers operating under their own direction and control.
